So after breaking my diet last weekend after seeing my mom and going to an Oscar party, I came back with a vengeance this week, and I am down 30 lbs after 3.5 weeks (my previous counting of weeks was off...). I can say that I feel great, and love this diet. I get to eat and I feel good...that is all that matters, I feel good. I have energy and the ability to workout and still be okay. This weekend may be another test, because I have a friend's baby (man) shower, but I think after this past weekend and knowing how bad I felt after my one day, that I may watch myself even more. I will still have fun, but I may not drink (as much) or eat (as much). It is nice to have those few days where I eat something, but it affects my diet and my feeling so much that it really isn't worth it. In another month, I would like to be down 20-30 lbs, but for now, 30 lbs is great....
