2 week break

Well fans,
    It has been about two weeks since my last blog, but now that the new year is coming upon us, I thought I would check in and let all of you (I think there are two of you??) know what the plans are for the new year.  I still have plantar fasciitis, and it takes a long time to get over this, I have stretched, stopped running and tried everything to get it better.  It still hurts, but the pain is getting better.  I also bought insoles, so hopefully they will help.  I ran for several days in Tennessee, and they have a lot of mountains/hills that Kansas does not have.  For a couple of days it was a good run, but eventually my foot just hurt way too bad.  I have decided to stop doing anything physical until the first part of the new year.  Monday, January 2nd will be the day that I start running again.
    Good news!!!  I received my new Taebo PT/24, with bands and everything at my house and once I get there, I will start using it.  This will be interesting and I will post how it goes with them.  I have also decided to get a diet plan that several radio podcasts I listen to use and, although expensive, seems to be worth the price.   It is called "weightnot" (at www.weightnot.com) and everything that I have read and listened to seems kosher.  I plan on starting it in the first couple of weeks in the new year, probably mid-January.  Several of the "Djs" have lost 40-100 lbs...it makes me excited.
    I will in the New Year layout my goals, my "resolutions" and let everyone know where I plan on being, but for right now, since I am still on break, I will keep them at bay right now.  I will say that I will post my weight and measurements, and even though I am shy about it, I will do it, probably when I start the diet program.
